In accordance with trade customs overruns and underruns
on printed bags as follows: 5000 - +/- 30%, 10,000 - +/- 25%, and 25,000
and over+/- 10% shall constitute fulfillment of this order. They
shall be paid at the unit price specified on the order in accordance
with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.
